Existing remittance services (in the US) to Bangladesh are hindered by high costs, unnecessarily complex documentation requirements and delays in processing and verifying transactions. Royal Exchange is unique in that it provides an all-in-one service at a single price for all its clients. Our close relationships with both Southeast Bank and Bangladesh Bank (the monetary authority of Bangladesh) means that funds can be sent and received rapidly. Additionally, our operations feature:
  • State-of-the-art computerized transaction systems synchronizing data flows at our headquarters with those at bank branches in destination countries.
  • Four types of transactions offered: Cash Pickup, Account Deposit (at Southeast or a bank of your choice), Bank Draft (made out in the name of your beneficiary) or Home Delivery, using Southeast Bank's in-house courier service.
  • Automatic SMS notification of the receipt and availability of funds via email or text message.
  • Unique data and client security systems allow beneficiaries to pick up funds at a specified branch upon provision of identification documents and a unique PIN number; nothing more. This allows us to ensure a hassle-free pickup process for our beneficiaries..
